Sunset Villa was purchased in June of 2010 and systematically rehabbed, turning a once run-down building into a comfortable abode for our residents. The roof was replaced, the parking lot resurfaced, the units were all given a facelift, and the general living conditions were improved for all residents. Sunset Villa was sold in February of 2014.
