The English Hill house was purchased in July of 2013, and after extensive work done to the exterior and interior both in the structure and cosmetic details, was sold in May of 2014, for $1.05M. The house is a fine example of what English Hill has come to be known for, large lots, elegant trim and finish details, and a warm and inviting interior features make this one of the more unique projects we’ve done to date.

Perfectly located just out of downtown Redmond, this house boasts access to the award winning Lake Washington School District, has incredible access to a multitude of Redmond commerce, and a very nice commute to Microsoft, Google, and Amazon, as well as many other large Seattle area employers.
