12700 Greenwood was purchased in June of 2010, and underwent a year of remodeling and improvements before being sold in June of 2011. We tidied up the exterior, remodeled all of the units, rebuilt some of the exterior staircases, installed a new roof, and did extensive work repairing the vital infrastructure of the building.
