We will work through every detail of your home from architectural design elements, to windows, to interior finishes, just to name a few of the many options as they relate to your home. Yuko AbeYuko Abe

Owner, President

Yuko is from Ishinomaki city in Japan, and has lived in Seattle for over 15 years. She joined the family’s commercial fishing business in 1998, and has been responsible for Seattle operations since. She believes strong relationships are a key component for successful businesses; her goal is to grow this company with all employees and gain the trust of customers and business associates. Yuko has started sailing, enjoys golfing with a great coach – her husband Takao; she loves to cook, and have fun with their dog.

Kumi AbeKumi Abe

Owner

Kumi is from Ishinomaki city in Japan. She has been in the US for more than 10 years and joined the company in 2004 in an accounts payable position and learned business operations working with her sister, Yuko. She oversees all operations, but her focus is primarily accounting. Kumi used to be a ballroom dancing competitor, but now dedicates herself to spending time with her two sons, Mifune and Takumi.

Steve StoneSteve Stone

General Manager

With almost 15 years in the construction industry Steve has extensive knowledge and understands the hard work needed to make jobs successful. He has an effective and natural ability to foster a team environment. Steve collaborates with ownership on finding, developing, and managing real estate ventures. When he isn’t looking at plans or budgets you can find Steve on the golf course, at a ball game, or just relaxing with his wife Kelli.

Kevin is an agent for Allison James Estates & Homes and is AFCO & Sons LLC exclusive Real Estate Broker. Kevin has worked with us for over 5 years and helps us deliver the best experience and expertise in the home buying process from ground breaking to move in.

Haris MahmoodHaris Mahmood

Accountant

Haris is from India and has been in the US for over nine years. He’s a great team member and dedicated accounting professional who is in charge of the books for the AFCO group. When he isn’t looking at the numbers, he could be found watching Indian Bollywood movies with his family.
