Mifune Ridge work on existing house begins
We’re doing some small improvements on the house that we bought on the Mifune Ridge property. We’ve ripped out flooring and the old wood stove, and we’re preparing the walls for a fresh coat of paint throughout. It won’t be long before we’re able to bring this house to market!
With Hunter’s Glen Complete, we’re moving on to Union Hill, Mifune Ridge, and Mountlake Terrace projects
Our focus is shifting to our other projects in motion at this time. Mifune Ridge is in development and Union Hill is beginning siding and drywall shortly. We have a house in Newcastle that we’re working on short platting to add an additional lot on the backside of the property, and are still in the…
