The siding installation will begin shortly, but the siding paper has been installed and is ready to be covered up!
Mifune Ridge work on existing house begins
We’re doing some small improvements on the house that we bought on the Mifune Ridge property. We’ve ripped out flooring and the old wood stove, and we’re preparing the walls for a fresh coat of paint throughout. It won’t be long before we’re able to bring this house to market!

Mifune Ridge Vault has Been Completed
The vault supporting the construction of three new homes on developer happy NE 122nd St in Redmond has been completed, and is awaiting inspection so that we can continue to the next phase of the project. Keep posted for more developments soon!
